Flight FAQs

Can I hold a fare before paying?

Yes. Most international fares can be held for 24 hours at no charge. Select "Hold" instead of "Pay now" at checkout, or ask an agent.

What happens if the airline changes my schedule?

We monitor every ticket we issue. If the change is more than two hours, we contact you with alternatives before the airline does.

Do you issue tickets for children travelling alone?

Yes, on airlines that offer an unaccompanied-minor service. Call us — this cannot be booked online.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Naira and dollar cards, bank transfer, USSD and our instalment plan (three payments, no interest) on fares over ₦500,000.
